About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Tamm Recruiters Inc. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to drive growth and revenue.
  • Sales and Account Management: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage client relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Freight Sales and Logistics: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the freight industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, manage client budgets, and provide regular financial updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of business experience in the freight industry, with a proven track record of sales and account management success.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the freight industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze financial data and inform business decisions.
