Business Intelligence Solutions Developer

At hireVouch, we're seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective data solutions
- Provide technical design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, system, and technical support for BI initiatives
- Develop and maintain reports, and dashboards for cross-functional groups
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines, relational and multidimensional data models
- Design and develop analytical data solutions and efficient data visualizations leveraging business intelligence tools (i.e., Power BI) to enable value-add decision-making
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, redesigning existing reports for greater scalability, etc.
- Support self-service reporting and resolve issues in a timely fashion toward a stable BI environment
- Develop and update technical documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 8 years of hands-on experience in a data-related role
- Experience in data modelling, ETL data pipelines and reports development
- Strong T-SQL skills
- Solid knowledge of database fundamentals and performance tuning
- Solid knowledge of relational and dimensional modelling concepts
- Experience with Microsoft suite – SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and Data Lakes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and applications
