Job Title: Inspection/Deficiency Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Inspection Division as an Inspection/Deficiency Sales Representative. This role involves developing new inspections, testing and maintenance business, while maintaining existing clientele.

  • Gain new inspection, testing and maintenance business through proactive sales efforts
  • Meet with clients to identify their needs in terms of Life Safety Systems, including Fire Alarm, Sprinkler Systems, Emergency Lighting and Fire Extinguishers
  • Prepare work estimates and follow-up on quotations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify necessary resources to complete projects and evaluate additional costs if necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service through after-sale follow-up and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Prepare all necessary documents for opening contracts
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As an Inspection/Deficiency Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients.

  • College diploma in fire protection or high school diploma and equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the fire protection contracting industry
  • Working knowledge of products used in fire protection, including Notifier products
  • Good knowledge of NFPA-25 and CAN-ULC S536
  • Consultative selling skills, self-motivated and self-driven with ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities
  • Customer service oriented
