We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join EBC Inc. as a Transportation Sector Leader for our Western Canada operations.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of professionals in the transportation sector, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects in Western Canada.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in transportation projects, including highways, bridges, and marine construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to deliver transportation infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow EBC's presence in the Western Canadian transportation market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.

Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in transportation projects.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively influence others.
