Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at 2113626 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our hotel staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train new staff members, teaching them job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring the hotel has the necessary resources to operate smoothly.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
