Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities within our establishment. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
  • Work Environment: The position is based in a hotel, motel, or resort setting.
  • Core Duties:
    • Assist in the management of daily operations as directed.
    • Support guests with specific requirements and needs.
    • Coordinate and oversee the work of team members.
    • Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff.
    • Ensure the functionality of systems and equipment.
    • Order necessary materials and supplies for operations.
  • Supervision: Responsible for managing a team of 3-4 employees.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software.
  • Work Conditions:
    • Must exhibit strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Capable of managing a large workload.
    • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
    • Comfortable standing for extended periods.
