- Provide guidance, training, and support to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Guest Services
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and review work to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
- Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Performance Management
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance to identify areas for improvement.
