Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Guest Services
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and guest safety.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work to minimize disruptions to hotel operations.
- Human Resources
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs and objectives.
- Manage staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Administrative Tasks
- Manage hotel supplies, inventory, and requisition materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support business decision-making.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience
- At least 7 months of experience in a hotel or hospitality management role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and other hotel management software.
