Key Responsibilities- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
- Work Environment: This position is based in a hotel, motel, or resort setting.
- Primary Duties:
- Executing tasks as directed by management.
- Providing assistance to clients and guests with special requirements.
- Coordinating, assigning, and evaluating the work of team members.
- Recruiting and training new staff members.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of systems and equipment.
- Ordering necessary materials and supplies.
- Supervision: Responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 individuals.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software.
- Work Conditions:
