Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Colliers Project Leaders Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, planning and organizing daily operations, and preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates to stakeholders
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Fall Arrest Protection Training Course, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Proficiency in Primavera, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
