Job Title: Construction Project Manager

MJ.K. Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Supervise and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Manage and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
