At Colliers Project Leaders Inc, we are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, planning and organizing daily operations, and preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the construction industry. They will be responsible for overseeing the analysis of data and information, preparing reports, and coordinating with team members to ensure project success.

The Construction Project Manager will also be responsible for planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress, and preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.

The successful candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be organized, and have efficient interpersonal skills. They will also have a valid driver's licence and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
