Colliers Project Leaders Inc is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, as well as plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information, and prepare reports
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people and ensure they have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their duties
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management or engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Fall Arrest Protection Training Course, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Primavera
  • Experience working in the green economy sector and knowledge of project management principles and practices
