About the Role:

Magil Construction is seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall on-site management, administrative direction, and technical direction on project construction.
  • Enforce Company and project policies while ensuring projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
  • Be the "go to" person for all site employees and subcontractors.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor performance to ensure the best quality and maintain project timelines.
  • Champion on-site workplace safety.
  • Communicate all delays, issues, and updates to the management team.

Requirements:

  • 5 - 10 years of site supervision experience (or similar).
  • Technical trade diploma.
  • Knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineer drawings, and other documents.
  • Sense of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills and a "get 'er done" attitude.
