Job Description

Maimaar Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Supervise and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Monitor and control project costs, quality, and timelines
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in construction management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CADD and other computer software systems
