Job Summary

Bird Construction Group is seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and industrial construction, with a proven track record of managing budgets, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to reduce expenses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing and implementing contingency plans as needed
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, with a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools
