About the Role:

We are EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants in hitting sales goals within the Regional Channel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales Director and other Sales Manager partners to achieve top-line growth and financial targets through sales team and brand strategies.
  • Set quarterly targets and mentor the team in reaching sales and financial goals.
  • Deliver results through effective co-traveling on a quarterly basis, coaching, management, and mentoring of sales consultants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Business or similar.
  • Minimum 8+ years wholesale sales experience, specific to the optical industry a plus.
  • Experience with demonstrating team leadership.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly generate and initiate creative solutions to problems as they arise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $87,638.95 - $143,088.00, a bonus and/or commission plan, and a first-class total rewards package, including health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
