We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Ayming Canada. As a key member of our executive leadership, you will be responsible for leading our sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Director will oversee regional and divisional sales operations, plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments. You will also recruit, organize, train, and manage staff, assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics. You will work closely with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field and lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of regional and divisional sales operations
  • Planning, directing, and evaluating the activities of sales departments
  • Recruitment, organization, training, and management of staff
  • Assignment, coordination, and review of projects and programs
  • Leadership of sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree and 5 years or more of experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
