About the Role:

The Bilingual Customer Service Associate is a key member of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our consumers, suppliers, retailers, and employees. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
  • Manage customer requests and resolve issues in accordance with established procedures
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as registering contact details and responding to requests
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Full fluency in French and English required)
  • Previous customer service experience (Phone and email)
  • Previous contact center experience is an asset
  • Strong digital literacy and ability to work with websites, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
