Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills in English and French to provide top-notch service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, either in person, by phone, or via email.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company products and services.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
