Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls and inquiries related to health care benefits, program eligibility, payment-related information, and other general inquiries.
- Quickly assess and resolve challenging situations, providing effective strategies and aiming for first-call resolution.
- Commit to excellence in customer service, providing the highest level of dedication in all service areas.
Requirements:
- Fluently bilingual (English and French) in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Ability to work varying shifts between 7am and 10pm, Monday to Friday.

- Employee must connect to an approved home network.
- Work area must be private and free of household noise.
- Location of the work area must mitigate risks to privacy.
