Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our consumers, suppliers, retailers, and employees, this role is responsible for managing all aspects of customer service and addressing customer needs through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone, email, online chat, and at times, outbound follow-up services.
  • Manage internal and external requests of varying complexity and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Register contact details into ticketing applications and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve or forward requests in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform a variety of moderately complex administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Full fluency in French and English is required).
  • Previous customer service experience (Phone and email).
  • Previous contact center experience is an asset.
  • Strong digital literacy – ability to work with websites, databases, and fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient, ownership mindset, negotiation skills.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently.
  • Professional and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
