Black & McDonald is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Call Centre Representative to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality facility services to our valued clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to create work orders, track progress, and maintain accurate equipment records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technicians, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Document all customer interactions according to established procedures, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by fostering collaboration and open communication.
