Job Summary
This senior leadership role reports directly to the President and CEO, serving as part of the Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will provide strategic vision, leadership, and direction to administrative services, including risk management, financial reporting, operations, facilities management, and information technology. This position plays a critical role in driving institutional change, resilience, and sustainability through transformational leadership.
About the Role
- Provide strategic planning, budgeting, and operations expertise to align resources and operations with long-term institutional goals;
- Lead and motivate organizational change and innovation within a complex organization to address operational challenges, improve performance, and drive sustainability;
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of finance, facilities management, IT management, risk management, and other administrative systems;
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives;
Requirements
- Masters' degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- A minimum of ten years' experience in a senior management or leadership role managing finance, facilities, risk, IT, and/or other administrative portfolios;
- Proven track record of strategic planning, budgeting, and operations in a complex organization;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Advanced knowledge of finance, facilities management, IT management, risk management, and other administrative systems;
Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $155,649 to $207,532 per annum. Management Group employees are eligible for annual salary increases within and above the starting range based on demonstrated performance. Additionally, the College offers a comprehensive range of benefits, including defined pension, generous vacation entitlements, health and dental plan, and more.
