This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at College of the Rockies as Senior Director, Administrative Services. Reporting to the President and CEO, you will play a critical role in providing visionary leadership to the administrative services of the College, including risk management, financial reporting and operations, facilities management, and information technology and management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic planning and resource allocation in alignment with the College's mission, vision, values, and strategic direction. This position requires a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges innovatively and diplomatically.

Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary leadership to the administrative services of the College, including risk management, financial reporting and operations, facilities management, and information technology and management.
- Lead strategic planning and resource allocation in alignment with the College's mission, vision, values, and strategic direction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective administration of the College's affairs.
- Collaborate with other members of the Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the College's mission and vision.
- Masters' degree in a related field and a minimum of ten years' experience in a senior management or leadership role managing finance, facilities, risk, IT and/or other administrative portfolios.
- Proven ability to lead strategic planning, budgeting and operations in a complex organization to align resources and operations with long-term institutional goals.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address challenges innovatively and diplomatically.
- A competitive annual salary range of $155,649 to $207,532.
