As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be selling into Canadian Healthcare and Higher Education agencies and organizations. This critical role involves establishing and nurturing strong relationships with these organizations. Your primary goal is to understand their unique requirements and mandates, demonstrate the value of our products and solutions, and enable them to deliver on their mission-critical objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a territory plan designed for growth, including account engagement activities.
  2. Build a business pipeline through deep team collaboration to execute on client and territory-specific activities.
  3. Maintain continual education on our products and solutions, as well as industry trends, government regulations, and competitive offerings.
  4. Educate clients on how our solutions enable the delivery of positive patient, citizen, and employee outcomes.
  5. Develop a point-of-view, working within the account teams and our managed partners.
  6. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding our services.
  7. Engage proactively with our partner ecosystem to bring solutions to the market.
  8. Operate effectively within our High Performance Culture designed to deliver on growth objectives.
  9. Provide regular progress updates to management regarding the growth of the business (activity, pipeline, pursuits, etc.).

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of full cycle Enterprise software or technology sales experience.
  2. Proven track record in account management, preferably within the Canadian Public Sector vertical.
  3. Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
