Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Let's Sushi. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to maximize profits and minimize costs.
- Staff Supervision: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
