Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our finance team in the construction industry. This is a key leadership role that requires strong financial management skills and the ability to motivate and direct a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost accruals for projects and jobs
  • Prepare and present variance analysis reports on an ad-hoc basis
  • Coordinate billings via unit rate payment applications, milestone billings, and/or force account submissions
  • Support OC Manager, Project Manager, and Controller
  • Assist in collection of A/R while managing payroll data captures and customer billing processes
  • Manage DSO to keep within targets
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience within finance and accounting department
  • 5+ years managing a team within finance and accounting
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Superior organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with change in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and product-line profitability analysis
What We Offer:

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, opportunity for internal growth, and opportunity for influencing change. The successful candidate will have a CPA designation and experience in the construction industry.
