About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Director to join our team at Sylvan Learning - Kelowna, BC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to drive new enrollments and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Education to ensure effective instructional management and delivery of quality educational services.
  • Monitor and analyze business metrics, financial statements, and performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize operations.
  • Promote and manage financing options to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Education, or related field).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of sales success and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, adapt to change, and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with instructional technology, social media tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
