At MobileComm, Inc, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to provide sales support for our External Sales Channel Partners and Dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the installation of our Business Solutions.
Manage large deals to ensure they stay on track and keep sales teams advised on status.
Resolve escalations and remove roadblocks for our partners.
Contribute to the improvement of our sales processes.
Requirements:
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands in an organized manner.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work cross-functionally.
