POSITION OVERVIEW
The Financial Applications Liaison acts as a liaison between business end users and the IT group to facilitate process improvements and implementation of large and complex projects.
- Contribute to defining and documenting training and security aspects required by end users.
- Act as liaison to support operational staff by coaching and providing training information.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, computing, or project management.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and venture capital.
- 5 years of experience in applications support and maintenance.
- Excellent knowledge of Office Suite.
- Knowledge of integrated software.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Bilingualism (French & English).
