Job Summary:

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the OCR Canada Sales Director and Account Executive teams. This role requires a highly motivated, self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop new business prospects from multiple sources, including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new business leads to support sales growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage data and communications with new and prospective clients
  • Meet or exceed sales performance objectives, including sales targets, call quality, and time management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-5 years of successful business development and lead generation experience
  • College or bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record

Preferred Characteristics:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and judgment skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong multi-tasking and decision-making skills
  • Fluency in English; bilingualism a plus (Quebec French)
