About the Role:

Fed Finance is a recruitment agency specializing in accounting and finance positions. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a customer portfolio and manage commercial relationships from prospecting to appointments and customer loyalty.
  • Position yourself as a solution provider for candidates and customers, advising them on the best way to carry out recruitment assignments.
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates specialized in your field to understand their requirements and position them with our customers.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration.
  • Thoroughness and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A strong taste for challenge and constantly surpassing oneself.
