Job Summary

Saskatchewan Polytechnic is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Casual Invigilation Assistant. As an Exam Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth administration and invigilation of IELTS exams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and invigilate IELTS exams, ensuring the security and integrity of the testing process
  • Prepare and set up exam rooms, including arranging seating charts and specialized dividers
  • Conduct thorough check-ins of candidates, verifying their identities and ensuring they are aware of exam rules and procedures
  • Monitor exam rooms to prevent cheating and ensure candidates are following exam protocols
  • Collect and package exam materials, ensuring they are secure and accounted for
  • Participate in required training and follow-up for the invigilation of specialized exams
  • Use electronic monitoring equipment to ensure exam integrity
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
Working Conditions

This is a casual, part-time position, with hours varying to include evenings and weekends. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
