Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Exam Invigilation Assistant at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. As an Exam Invigilation Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth administration of exams and maintaining the integrity of the testing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer exams and maintain exam security
  • Check in candidates, distribute exam materials, and ensure candidates follow exam rules
  • Monitor exam rooms to prevent cheating and maintain a secure environment
  • Collect and process exam materials, including scanning and data entry
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position with varied hours, including evenings and weekends. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
