Job Summary
Saskatchewan Polytechnic is seeking a part-time Examination Monitor to support the delivery of exams on our Saskatoon campus. As an Examination Monitor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of our exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise exams to prevent cheating and ensure the integrity of the examination process.
- Ensure that all exam procedures are followed and that students are aware of and comply with exam rules and regulations.
- Respond to any incidents or irregularities that may arise during the exam.
- Provide support to students and staff as needed.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Effective organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of exam procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
