Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Casual Invigilator at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. As an Invigilator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of our exams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and invigilate IELTS exams, ensuring that all procedures are followed and exam materials are secure.
  • Set up and arrange exam rooms, including seating charts and specialized dividers, to ensure a smooth and efficient exam experience.
  • Check facilities and equipment to ensure they are ready for exams, including AV equipment and other necessary tools.
  • Take payments and complete cash out at the end of each shift.
  • Follow exam security protocols and procedures, including candidate check-in and exam paper distribution.
  • Supervise exam candidates, ensuring that they follow exam rules and regulations.
  • Record start and end times of exams, as well as any issues or concerns that may arise during the exam.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
Working Conditions
