We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Casual Invigilation Assistant. As an Exam Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth administration and invigilation of IELTS exams.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and setup of exam rooms, including arranging seating charts and specialized dividers.
- Verify the attendance and identity of candidates, and ensure they are aware of the exam rules and procedures.
- Monitor the exam room to prevent cheating and ensure the integrity of the exam process.
- Collect and package exam materials, and enter relevant data into our systems.
- Provide support to candidates who require assistance during the exam, including those with disabilities.
- Participate in required training and follow-up for the invigilation of specialized exams.
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Effective organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
This is a casual, part-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work evenings and weekends.
