Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Exam Invigilation Assistant at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. As an Exam Invigilation Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth administration and invigilation of IELTS exams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and invigilate IELTS exams, ensuring the security and integrity of the testing process.
  • Prepare and set up exam rooms, including arranging seating charts and specialized dividers as needed.
  • Conduct thorough check-ins of candidates, verifying their identities and ensuring they have the necessary materials.
  • Monitor exam rooms to prevent cheating and ensure candidates follow exam rules.
  • Collect and package exam materials, ensuring they are secure and accounted for.
  • Provide support to candidates with special needs, including reading and scribing exams as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with exam software.
