Strategic HR Leader for People and Culture Transformation

At Peloton Search Partners, we are seeking a visionary Strategic HR Leader to spearhead our Human Resources function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and foster a positive, productive work environment.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead a team of Regional HR Business Partners and provide indirect oversight to HR Generalists and Talent Acquisition Specialists. Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional HR Business Partners and provide indirect oversight to HR Generalists and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- HR Strategy Execution: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and operational priorities.
- Employee Relations and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with employment laws and regulations in both Canada and the US.
This role requires a seasoned HR professional with 8+ years of progressive experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multi-regional teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams across different geographies.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
