**Who we’re looking for**:
**People & Culture Business Partner - Ontario**

We are seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to serve as the strategic link between WCG’s People & Culture function and WCG’s business units. The P&C Business Partner role involves understanding the specific needs and challenges of their portfolio and aligning human resources strategies and initiatives to support their overall business objectives. This role provides a strategic and solutions-oriented approach to addressing complex people-challenges and promoting a positive work culture.

**Location**:Work from home in Ontario

**What you’ll do**:

- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with WCG leaders to understand their goals and provide HR insights and support to achieve them. Develop and implement HR solutions that align with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, working to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment. Provide coaching and support to leaders regarding performance management, employee relations, and other complex HR matters.
- Employee Experience: Enhance the employee experience by addressing the needs of WCG business units and fostering a positive workplace culture. Drive employee engagement and retention efforts through effective communication and HR solutions.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies, including identifying key talent requirements and supporting succession planning. Collaborate with stakeholders to recruit, retain, and develop top talent.
- Change Management: Support WCG business units in managing organizational change, whether it be through restructuring, expansion, or other transitions.

**What you bring**:

- CHRL designation in Ontario
- Human Resources Diploma or Degree; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of seven (7) years’ progressive experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of five (5) years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment standards, human rights codes, and other employment-related legislation.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Experience with assessing, developing, and implementing large-scale HR programs and projects.
- Must successfully pass a Criminal Record Check.

**Preferred Criteria**:

- Bilingual (French/English) an asset
