We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at SAHA SIGNS, TINTING & PRINTING INC.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Supervise and train other workers
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel and related itineraries
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
