Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Senior Account Manager to join our team at TECO-Westinghouse Motors (Canada) Inc. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Negotiate terms of sale and manage client relationships to ensure long-term growth and satisfaction
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and management, to achieve account performance objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma from an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic sales environment, preferably in the industrial sales sector
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, including MS Dynamics CRM
