About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at JMK MAHAL RESTAURANT LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective management of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Analysis and Management

Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.

Menu Planning and Pricing

Develop and implement menu planning and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.

Operational Efficiency

Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.

Staff Supervision and Development

Supervise and develop a team of 11-15 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.

Inventory Management

Oversee inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.

Health and Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Marketing and Promotion

Participate in marketing and promotion activities to drive sales and revenue growth.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Computer Skills

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
