As a Director/Sr Director of Product Marketing, you'll craft and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies, including pricing, to drive our employee recognition software's success.
Responsibilities:- Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates our employee recognition solutions' unique value propositions.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful product launches and market penetration.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive in the market, conducting market research to inform pricing decisions.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, translating market insights into actionable strategies.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, and presentations, collaborating with content marketing teams to ensure product-related content aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Demand Generation: Work closely with demand generation teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive pipeline growth, analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies.
- Sales Enablement: Provide enablement/sales teams with necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell our products, including pricing guidelines, developing sales collateral and training programs to support the sales process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across all functions, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing and pricing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the HR or employee engagement industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
