Administrative Coordinator for Inclusive Governance Project

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to support our team in advancing inclusive governance initiatives. This role will provide research support, assist with program communications, and contribute to monitoring and evaluating activities.
Key Responsibilities- Research Support: Conduct literature reviews, map and scope partners/grantees, gather and synthesize project information, assess methodologies, and review proposals.
- Program Communications: Prepare results stories for our website, develop social media content, and prepare presentations.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Collect, review, and catalog project outcomes and outputs, update program databases, and track evidence values into tracking databases.
- Event Planning: Assist with planning events, workshops, and conferences.
- A Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada or an international student with authorization to work in Canada for the full duration of the employment.
- A Master's level degree in a field relevant to international development, such as political science, international affairs, or public administration.
- Proficiency in French and/or English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Knowledge of international development, inclusive governance, civic space, accountable institutions, and human rights and justice.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, tact, and discretion.
- Good judgment, initiative, and ability to set priorities and organize work.
