About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 3059308 Nova Scotia Ltd. o/a HI Dartmouth. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as perform data entry tasks.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, monitor and evaluate our office operations, and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
