About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Station1 Lebenese Kitchen. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining records, managing supplies, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise in the workplace, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
