**Duties**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all front desk activities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Support human resources functions, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee benefits
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Oversee vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and phone systems

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in team management or supervisory roles is preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Administrative experience in the construction industry a bonus
