Job Title: Sous Chef Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef Manager to join our team at Nai Restaurant.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen team, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory
  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to the team
  • Plan menus and ensure that food meets quality standards
  • Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
