Sous Chef Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef Manager to join our team at Nai Restaurant.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen team, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food
- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to the team
- Plan menus and ensure that food meets quality standards
- Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions
- 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
- Proven track record of leadership and team management
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year
